The Morning Roundup

Happy Monday, friends! It was a pretty busy weekend for us - and so, so hot right now! I am so not ready for Halloween to be creeping into stores and theme parks yet (it’s early August, I can’t! Come back Sept 1 please) but if it wanted to be in the 80s for a couple weeks instead of nearing 100 I wouldn’t complain.

If you didn’t see it last week, I posted a rundown of Disneyland’s new Magical Key program! This is the replacement program to annual passes that is coming August 25th 🙌🏻

I’ve been transitioning over the last couple of years to primarily clean beauty brands, but I hadn’t yet heard of a lot of these low waste brands that A Beautiful Mess did a roundup on. Excited to have some more beauty items to investigate 👀

Hatch Collection has been having an end of season sale, and I have been living in the Nessa dress since it arrived. It’s a maternity focused brand but a lot of the clothes are made for “before, during, and after” - I got a jumpsuit from them during my pregnancy that I have also worn continuously far beyond being postpartum.

Am I the last person this summer to be buying Tevas? Jeremy calls them my Hercules shoes 😂 but I just got a pair in a nice colorful yet neutral colorway and they’re so comfy! I was missing out!

Love the idea behind Meghan, Duchess of Sussex’s 40x40 initiative to help women reentering the workforce through mentorship & service by contributing even just 40 minutes of time.

I know I just said at the top of this post that it’s too soon for me to jump into Halloween…however Disney released their Halloween PJs last night and I imagine they will sell out relatively quickly (they’re cute this year!!) so if you DO want to get a jump on spooky season: kids & womens here
